This windproof and waterproof jacket has it all – zipped hand warmer pockets with internal pocket for phone and headphones access, and zipped chest pocket.   It also has a stowaway 3-piece hood and microfleece inner collar.   This is a definite must have dog walking jacket.   Features include:
