I can’t quite believe that it’s been a week already since the start of Paws in the Park 2022 at the Detling Showground in Kent. It was our first time at such an event, and we can honestly say we had a brilliant time from start to finish. It was so well organised and there was a fantastic turnout by the public throughout the weekend. We got to meet so many lovely dogs of all shapes and sizes (and a parrot called Olly) and their owners, which was fab. I also met a number of really kind stall holders, who were so supportive and informative.
One stallholder in particular I met, who also has a golden retriever called Callie (so a slightly different spelling of my Cally) was informing the public about a horrible condition in dogs called Dog Bloat (GDV), which if left can result in death.
